SHIPPING Information

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status.

Please allow at least 48 hours for tracking information to become available on the couriers website.

We offer standard and express domestic and worldwide shipping services via USPS, Fedex and UPS. The carrier is determinant on the order size and location.

In most cases, domestic orders arrive within 2-3 business days from the shipping date. However, we ask you allow up to 14 business days for your order to arrive.

Homewear and custom items may take up to 14 business days to dispatch, and usuallu arrive within a week or so. In most cases, international deliveries arrive within 1-4 weeks.

Due to unforseeable conditions caused by the pandemic, we currently as for your patience for both domestic and international deliveries.

We provide tracking numbers and actively provide shipping updates for all orders. If your order is lost or stolen please contact the shipping carrier as soon as possible.

We are a small business and are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Once the package has been accepted by the carrier it is no longer our responsibility.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.  In most cases, domestic orders arrive within 2-3 business days from the shipping date. 

We use USPS priority mail service for most orders. Depending on the quantity, larger shipments are shipped via UPS or FEDEX.

We offer international shipping worldwide with the exception of a few countries/regions. At this time, we do not ship to: Russia, China, Brazil, Nigeria,  India, Libya, and Tanzania.  Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 


Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country.

Certain couriers like UPS will not ship to P.O. Boxes. If you are placing a larger order (15 items or more) then there is a chance that the shipment will be delayed or returned .

We suggest choosing a shipping destination to a physical street address to avoid any potential disruptions.

RETURNS + REFUNDS

We accept returns on unused and unopened items that are in original condition. Orders are eligible for return, refund or exchange within 30 days of receipt.

If an item is damaged, dirty and/or visibly altered we will not accept your return.

ITEMS SENT BACK TO US WITHOUT FIRST REQUESTING A RETURN WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

There are no charges for returns. However, original shipping charges are non-refundable. Unless stated otherwise, you are responsible for the charges of the return shipping.

We try our best to process all returns within one week of receipt.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, within 14 working days.

Exchanges: Due to limited supply, the best way to ensure you get the item you want is to submit a return and re-purchase the correct item. Alternatively, you can always submit an exchange and we will ship the new item once the return has arrived and been inspected.

Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return. You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved.

You can return your items within 30 days of receipt of your shipment.

Gift cards, "420" (all smoking related) items, swimwear, home goods, and intimates are final sale.
They must be in original and unworn condition. Free gifts or promotional items are not elgible for return.

Please inspect your order upon receipt. Feel free to contact us immediately if anything is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
